Depends on what you wan to elute. Methanol is very polor, acetononitrile is a bit less polar.

Hi sir,I have one doubt sir,compund acedic nature, elution order same but potassium di hydrogen phosphate pH-3.5 with OPA adjusted this buffer closed imp's not separated,but Ammonium di hydrogen phosphate buffer pH-3.5 with OPA adjusted this buffer closed imp's we'll separated,why reason compare with buffer
