He is my Nephew and we are VERY proud of him!!! He is also a professional pilot, and had his private pilot’s license by 13.

A Senior Chief in 14 years is very commendable. He must be one sharp guy and quite capable of making Master Chief.

Did a deployment aboard USS Mobile Bay as one of the helicopter aircrewmen - for Desert Shield/Storm. Left in 1999, returned to service in Oct 2001 and served another 5 years - most of my early career was aboard frigates with the helicopter detachment - the ending years aboard the carrier in Afghanistan/Iraq. That VLS area deck is a MESS - get some rust-busting !! Nice to see the flight deck and hangar again.

The Ticonderogas will be missed. Also, this sailor is a credit to Flying The Flag and Gunboat Diplomacy. Come, let me show you just the tip of the iceberg of shit we have, while being cool, calm, cordial and professional.
