All believers bow down with respect to GOD, Gurus and pure Souls like Bhagat Fareed ji and Bhagat Kabir ji bcoz they who never wasted there times and lives fighting and arguing over religion and all other stuff that we humnas are busy fighting about now a days. Thats the reason there souls united with the ONE(GOD) and we still can't seethe real bigger picture that is the truth, which is that there is no religion but only thing that exists is Humanity and Remembering GOD acc to the way one wishes

Very good, overall.. He IS singing in Raag, and there is no problem what so ever that a muslim is singing the words of Guru Sahib. He truly has dedicated his life for kirtan and from another message on page 2.. The tabla player isn't a beginner. You don't have to be playing crazy and doing all these tricks, going in a fast speed to be good.

The reason he is only playng the teka is because he is accompanying a Shabad. The focus of this video are the words of Guru Nanak. NOt the the taal.

People and Pure Souls like Bhagat Sri Kabir ji, Bhagat Sri Fareed ji and other souls who lived there life reciting God's name in there own way, whether Ram or Allah or Waheguru...they realized the truth that this world is not reality all this is going to end atone time. Now Bhagat Kabir ji and Bhagat Fareed ji spent there lives reciting and remembering GOD, they never bowed down in front of any other person whether a muslim or hindu or sikh or any other religion...coz they knew that GOD is responsible for all creation and all is there bcoz of GOD. They realized this truth and thats why people respect them. Thats the reason there names and sayings are present in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji.

Ustad Tari saheb is multitalented, and I hate it when people start comparing accomplished musicians. This tabla player must have been very encouraged accompanying the Ustad, however he does need to improve. Very distracting from the wonderful vocal!

By saying what i'm about too, I in no way mean to offend anyone, just want to state my opinion..and also Tari khan is one of my fave tabla players...first of all if someone calls themself a Sikh, it meens they follow the 100% way of Sikhi so there is no way Tari Khan the folower of another religion could have more respect for Guru Nanak Dev Ji than someone who follows Guru Sahibs teaching...knowing sakhis and memorizeing Bani meens nothing if you don't follow what Bani says...

Oh learned sikh who has been doing kirtan since 1985. I am sure you are the utmost educated sikh there is. I didn't know what you were, but you did called those who bow to the guru granth sahib as infidels..not much was needed to see what you are. Just because our Sri Guru Granth Sahib has writings of a Muslim, does not mean we bow to muslim. FYI, the guru granth sahib ji also has writtings of hindu people, funny, why dont the Jindu people go shouting about the same things as you do? You're ignorant in the fact that we have 10 gurus and thats the end of it. No mention of Farid being a guru, so stop trying to be learned when so clearly you're not.

1st you say Baba Farid was a Follower of the Sikh religion. Now you say sikhs have 10 gurus. Another error. What is the Guru Granth Sahib then? Answer = 11th Guru Nanak. Next, lets start with the definition of Guru because you don't know what it means. Guru means Enlightener. Everyone with Bani in the Guru Granth ji is a Enlightener, who is ONE with GOD, and therefor a Guru. Easy as that. Calling Sheik Farid a Guru is therefore correct even if it's not conventional in mainstream Sikhi.

Yes you are Right..but in saying that, that does not require the Sikh people to bow down to the Muslim faith or world. And it should be noted that Baba Farid never made it clear as to what his religious beliefs were. So please take your head out of your ass. We do not need to be bowing to any other beliefs of any sort. Sikhi have respected EVERY other religion, i can't see why cant you do the same.
