Rabindra Nath Tagore, the stature of person he was, born ahead of time would have hugely appreciated his work of art being cherished by this fusion based rendition. When Nachiketa sings we only think of Tagore and the rich heritage of bengali culture and this in tself is a huge success for the singer. A tribute to Tagore's song..Thank You Nachiketa for this..

Kabiguru's composition should be sung in the way he created it. I am not against modernization. He was modern in his thoughts and compositions par comparison in his era. This song has pure divinity in it which seems to have been distorted in the way it has been presented. Ustad Rashid Khan is mesmerizing as usual. Amazing.

Rashid Khan-er is wonderful as usual. Why Nachiketa was chosen one wonders! He's not a famous Rabindra sangeet artist. He's modified the singing style more towards classical, which was what Rabindranath was against.
