I'm glad they've gone test optional, but since I'm going for computer science it sucks that I probably won't even be able to take a test (I've tried since March and I live in a COVID hotspot)

Hi, if you are outside of the top 6%, but SAT is lower than 1350, do you recommend to submit or hold out?
