I had a 4.0 at UArk and I got denied from the business school. Didn’t have crazy extracurriculars but I was in the leadership program and had pretty good academic backing. Appealing

I still haven't gotten my decision - UT Admission said there was a transfer error between UT and an old community college transcript, so the person that helped me said there are still other people who are waiting to get decisions as well. It has been... a journey waiting for decision

I was accepted as a transfer class of 2027 (starting in fall 2024) and about a week before my decision the what I owe popped on my portal along with housing registration

I had an X on my portal checklist for one of my transcripts THE ENTIRE TIME and it didn’t show it was ever under review. I assumed one of my transcripts hadn’t come in on time so I didn’t count on UT being a possible college I’d get into. I lost my mind when I got an email on JUNE 21ST SAYING I GOT IN. I had already signed a lease in college station and I was so upset. As of now I cannot attend UT because I can’t get out of my lease in college station.

I got denied from Aerospace Engineering Transfer. 4.0 GPA from San Antonio College. 8 honors classes. 10 years experience working at Boeing as a mechanic and machinist. Own a small business manufacturing aircraft and firearms parts. Build and operate CNC machines and 3d printers. 5 years experience CAD, CAM. I thought for sure I would have got in.
