For those who aren't aware, this OP is from the Utena game released on Sega back in the 90's. It's a side story that takes place between arcs 1 and 2 of the anime, hence why the material in this video seems to have little to do with the show.

yea! lol the director of the anime is a guy, but the story/concept and manga was made by a girl (Chiho Saito) She also did the character concepts for mawaru penguindrum Sorry if i made that confusing, i assumed you meant directer since you complimented the anime(But i herd he does like to cosplay sailor mars O_O XD) But anyway, i recommend mawaru penguindrum! Might be a bit late , b u t They are characters from the Utena game "The story of the four day revolution " . This opening is called "Someday my revolution will come" elsewhere. Purple haired girl - The MC, a typical dating sim protagonist Teal haired girl - Chigusa Sanjoin, the antagonist of the game , pretty fun character in-game You can play the game using a Sega Saturn emulator (I use Yabause , but there's also SSF and many others ) and an ISO of the game . There are instructions in how to do that here :www.ohtori.nu/forums/viewtopic3b1f.html?id=4005. You have links to the Japanese ISOs and a translation patch, as well as instructions on how to translate the game. Ignore the thing about having to download the BIOS for Yabause, if you download the 2016 version from the official website , that should be enough. Happy playing, and sorry for the info dump
