Myoma, also called leiomyoma or fibroid is the commonest benign tumour of uterus. It may cause abnormal uterine bleeding, painful periods, infertility, urine frequency, constipation or be an asymptomatic fibroid. It is commonly called" rasoli" or " gaanth" in uterus in Hindi. Medical and surgical options of treatment of fibroid, including mirena are discussed in this video.
