Can you work in the Neosteel Armor upgrade against Zerg? You need the Engineering Bay already ... if you can start the Bay within a few seconds of the proxy CC, then the Neosteel upgrade will finish around the time you land the CC and start the PF. [EDIT: corrected for the 1 armor native on the CC] 4 DPS Zerglings instead of 8 DPS ... 1500 hp on the CC suddenly feels like it has 3000 hp instead ... and you don't need to pull any SCVs. I realize the gas cost is pretty high, but masses of Zerglings seem to be what is getting in your way.

What about Hi-Sec Auto Tracking, the range upgrade? Cheaper and faster, it might be better for the delayed landings, or perhaps against protoss or terran, since you would expect more ranged units. It also matches range with spine crawlers.

random suggestion, adding a bunker with the initial scv may help the planetary survive a bit longer if you build it next to it to reduce surface area, reapers could use it for continual damage if it gets up, or maybe just a throw away engi bay

Since you have a slightly nasally voice. Try lowering your 1-2k equalization shelf down by about 3 or 4 db. And to gain a bit of sharpness back. Raise the 5k shelf by around 1.5db

As a side note though, I'm probably one of few people who likes having the SC2 soundtrack more prominent in the mix, one of the things that always set GSL aside from all other tournaments.

I noticed the different sound before you mentioned it. For what it's worth, it sounds to me like the new mic's emphasizing higher frequencies which gives it a kind of whine or nasal sound. For me, it's noticeably more fatiguing without turning the volume down. Great series!

Someone on Harstem's channel suggested, why not use the CC to lift an scv into the main base and hide the scv to build a hidden factory. I'm thinking this would be in the case that the PF is either not working out OR if you use the PF as a distraction for the hidden factory. It's kinda like the hidden pylon after the proxy Nexus dies.

I've never had a problem with the sound in the past, and it might even be preferred to me (maybe it's just what i'm accustomed to. The new microphone is clear, if not just ever so slightly harsh in the high end. The only thing I would mention is that your voice seems relatively louder in the mix than normal/the game sound effects are slightly quieter in the mix than normal. thanks for all the content!

Idk what your audio interface is like, but you can get a really nice warm but clear sound if you use both mics together, spaced about your head’s width apart, panned hard left and hard right. I do it for trumpet on my tptprof channel! Great commentary no matter what!

If you're having echo issues, it might be the room you're in. Try putting some sound dampeners along the walls. Don't need to entirely cover the walls, just something to help break it up Fabric or foam.

I really believe that you need to have a small diversion squad to attack your opponent from an opposite side of where you plan to land your PF. If you can buy yourself some time, even 20 seconds or so, that could drastically improve your odds that your PF can hold out and do some real damage.

Microphone sounds crisp and clear. I have hearing loss, but streamed through my hearing aids it sounds good. Audio is 90% preference once there is no distortion, but I will say I prefer a little bit of a deeper sound, but that may just be related to my hearing loss.

Against Zerg, you often put the planetary right in the middle between natural and main or closer to the source of units. Would putting it slightly closer to a chokepoint along the automated pathing make it more efficient? Maybe someplace closer to a ledge where reapers can jump?

Also, don't feel too bad about negative feedback. I know you can't ignore it, but of the near 100k subscribers that you have, only a verbal minority have negative opinions (and I'd bet that most of the time those are people trying to bully bond like hard-asses in a prison). Most people who like your content watch the video, let their thumb do the talking, and then move on. Your videos are excellent, your strategies are fun and silly, and you're adding more people to the StarCraft playerbase, invigorating the queue and generating excitement. You are good.
