I really don't think its a buff. Theres soooo many things that the Permanent Cloaking Field does. This current one doesn't even compare to what things the Permanent Cloaking Field help in every matches. Mid-game to Late game scenarios makes the current Cloaking Field almost useless or useless. I for one always have detection when I can. Having no detection especially at high levels is mostly maybe the players fault in that case. I had used Mothership long enough and proper enough to feel the impacts of the buff and nerfs of the patch. Theres moreeee nerfs than buffs. Late game PvZ, Mothership can't really hide the units underneath. Vipers had wayyyy more easier time abducting things underneath and easier time casting spells on specific units underneath since Zerg can see those mostly compared with Permanent Cloaking Field which makes it a challenge and more careful engagement. PvT, Orbitals are always there due to different uses the Orbitals does. Current Cloaking Field doesn't actually force T players to use scans as much as before. PvP well detections are important later on, Oracles can just cast 1 Revelation and it will equally or outlast the current Cloaking Field. Not being mean here and I could be wrong too. Mothership recieved so many reductions than the buffs it gotten. Permanent Cloaking Field can also atleast hide units underneath in an expansion which can nullify small economy attacks especially Swarm Host attacks especially theres usually no detection included there unless Terran with scans. Edit: Added stuffs and fixed some spellings. Added stuffs and fixed some things again, sorry.
