Interesting to see how ORBITGEAR have iterated the R101, I've had one for a few years now and there's a lot of extra functionality on your new version compared to on my older model. Not enough to want to upgrade, but enough to go 'hmph' :)

I've got the most recent M200 SV, which also features that laptop sleeve that ORBITGEAR advertises as fitting a Macbook Pro, but similar issue- the main opening is just like half an inch too short to fit the laptop into the sleeve. I can fit a Surface Pro in there though.

Great content/info/gear. A bit of an ouch on the Velcro audio;) I have an black Oakley kitchen sink,.. but rotating out of “All Oakley everything” Attitude and this is one of the last to go-soooooooo might have to pick up the big guy AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNDDD THEYRE GONE!

Apologies for the ear r*pe!! oakly makes some good gear for sure. I would recommend the r101 for a backpack once they back in stock!

Hey man love your review on the R101 Nighthawk. Quality and materials wise, do you think that it ranks up there alongside the Evergoods/Goruck bags of the world?

Which sling system do you prefer? The original Axis sling? Or the new ADV Axis sling? What is your opinion on the stabilizing strap between the two? Also, do you own the m200G series? I want to get one to carry my laptop, do you think it'd fit a 13" laptop?

If you look at the item on their website you can usually see if it fits a laptop There is a description of the features where you can find that or you can look at the “blueprint” you can find as one of the product pictures, the sizing of the bag is on there I hope this helps and I’m not to late

This was my first time buying Orbit. The pockets are lot smaller than what I thought they would be tbh :/ I bought the sidesweeper and had the same problem of putting my tablet or surface in

Thank you for this nice review, especially on the S400. I was really exited to see this slingbag from Orbitgear. Actually, I think back packs are better when you have to carry more heavier stuff. Heavy weight things on your back should be better balanced on both shoulders. Your spine will be grateful. But my choice would be definitely the S400. Perfect "everyday use" size and still enough capacity for all essentials + 1 or 2 colthes. Also love these quality leather parts on both pieces. Thanks, cheers
