So im about to start getting $1200 a month checks from a turst set up for me when my mom passed away for the next 18 months and im honestly thinking about spending each check on Cybergoth, DarkWare and TechWear clothing, accessories, jewelry and wearing it 7 days a week. Id love to replace my entire wardrobe with only these types of fashion. I've been totally obsessed with the look sense ive seen so many influencers on Instagram. Im almost 34 and on disability so i don't have to worry about any dress code for work and I'm totally willing to spend all of my money on making myself a MASSIVE WARDROBE OF THIS BADASS LOOK. I'M A HARDCORE INTO GOTHIC, WAR CORE AND DARKWEAR SO IT'S A NATURAL. Most ppl think its both stupid immature and crazy to not only dress up like im doing a Instagram influencer photo shoot every single day and spend 10s oth thousands of dollars on a fashion for social media models, cosplay and "stupid cringy teenage rebellion" but im 100% of the mindset that adulting and being socially respectable is a choice. As it is i dye my hair, paint my nails, wear baggy cargos with chains, a locked choker, studded belts bracelets and necklaces, arm warmers or fingerless gloves, fishnet elbow length gloves and REFUSE TO WEAR ANY PANTS, JEANS LEGGINGS OR JOGGERS WITHOUT RIPPING THEM TO SHREDS FIRST. In addition to the clothing and accessories im also gonna spend a few thousand on tats and bodymods and piercings. ANYONE ELSE AGREE THIS IS AN AFRIGGINMAZZING WAY TO SPEND ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY A BRAND NEW MID LEVEL CAR ??? (i don't drive i love busses and subways to both ppl watch and show of my aesthetic anyway so a car is definitely not something i find more worthwhile and i dont wanna deal with owning my own home because i have zero desire or ability to take care of upkeep nor would i ever be ok with paying someone else to do it. Got the jacket second hand 2 years later, used it in -27c and it was fine with layering. Only the outside material and fit is super nice, only thing that i dont like about it is the drawstrings on the hood constantly hit my cheecks when the hood is up and for some reason they didnt put s storm flap on the jacket.

These are great for lightweight stuff. Only place they will soak out is with a heavy pack on.. the straps will eventually work the water in around your shoulders.. most 2-layers have that though eventually. Even the nicest stuff suffers in that area. Edit: chest pockets are called Napoleon pockets.. super cool name.

In the beginning of 2025 I plan to begin my biggest adventure “trip around the world” from the USA all the way down to Argentina by land NO PLANES, and since I have only one backpack I’m trying to choose carefully all the gear, including best clothes in weight, warmth, breathability and durability ratio :) I came across Atom Hoodie and thinking of getting one as a middle layer for all year round travels (hiking, city trips, backpacking, hitching etc) Would you personally recommend to get one as a middle layer for ultralight backpacking around the world? Am having competing interests between the Proton Hoody vs the Atom Hoody (LT). Seen many reviews, which can be confusing saying t hat Proton can be too breathable allowing too much air in, while others say it is not so and with more insulation also within the hood can be/cannot be warmer than Atom, lol. Not much of a winter outdoors workout person, but I like the tougher and elastic make of the proton, though, may opt for the Atom cuz minimum wind is necessary for standalone use, atleast until 8 degrees celsius. However, outdoorcrunch released even lower figures for the use of Proton, but not sure of their validity.
