I just got an interview at ULTA on thursday but I've never had a retail job... what kind of questions do you think they'd ask me?

littlemisslindsey they're going to ask about interacting with customers or team members, but if you've never had a retail job (or any job at all) just use school as a good example which is what i did. it's a very easy going interview and they're super sweet! Good luck!

hi! was just wondering how ulta management is on employees taking days off for family events, vacation, personal reasons etc.

if you're a seasonal employee you're on what they call a "blacklist" for taking days off unless requested prior and put into the system so that they can schedule around it. Otherwise they're very understanding about taking time off for personal reasons

Teresa Montes make sure to apply online and if they haven't called you before the store opens, go and take your resume in and meet the managers !
