ಮೇಡಂ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ, ಏನಮ್ಮಾ ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟು ಅದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿ, ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡ್ತೀರಿ, ಥ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಸ್ ನಿಮಗೆ. ನಾನೂ ಕೂಡ ಧ್ಯಾನ ವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಏನೋ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಭಾವ. ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ಯಾನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹತ್ವದ ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಐದು ನಿಮಿಷ ಕೂಡ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಏನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆ ಮೇಡಂ. ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ನಿಮಗೆ ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾರೈಕೆ

From 2.6 Years I am Doing Meditation. Initially i have Faced More Disturbance...even did Not able to Sit atleast 5 Minutes...So Finally i Dicided to WRITE the WORD "DYANA" Page by Page...So i have WROTE above 400 Pages...Now i am Doing Meditation about 3 to 5 Hrs a DAY...it is Very Usefull...SAI RAM...

ಅಕ್ಕ ನಿಮ್ಮ video ನೊಡದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ changes ಕಾನುತಿದ್ದೆನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಓಂದು ಕೆಟ್ಟ ವೆಸನ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತುಂಬ ಬಲಹಿನ ಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದರಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ದೂರವಾದರೂ ಅದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಅಕ್ಕ ಇಂತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿ
