nm (nanometers) refers to the wavelength of the light it shines. it has nothing to do with low or high quality. lower wavelengts are less visible to human eyes and 320-400 uv is categorized as UV-A. long exposure is harmful to your DNA (UV-A causes faster aging, UV-B(280-320nm) starts burning and do not use UV-C(100-280nm) without expert knowledge.) UV reactive material lights up fine regardless of your light wavelength. a higher light output is what makes searching for stuff easier.

This is very incorrect. The wavelength tells you IMMEDIATELY what kind of quality the light will be. 365nm is vastly superior to 400nm as seen in this very video. And filtered 365 is better still. The wavelength makes all the difference in the world whether you will see a thing fluoresce or not and a shortwave 254nm light will cause FAR more minerals to fluoresce and phosphoresce brightly than a 365nm light will.

I just Google that the weak output of a black light is not Sufficient enough to cause DNA damage. However, there are some reports of over exposure, so this proves what I was saying. What it says is sunlight can do that. Sunlight is strong enough to cause dna damage and Cellular mutation. Not black lights, 365M lights are typically black lights.

I look younger the. I am and when i was a teen ager i hade a shit tone of black lights on 24 7 so i dont thank its that simple yes good gens yes i train but still i realy lived in them i thank it depends on how meny houres you have of sunlight to im 2ed shift i dont get much
