Do u use decumation master keeping UV for thé HD poly model ? I Nevers use UV mesh for baking juste a simple .obj without any uvs ... I do HD mesh first, when it's done duplicate , use decumation master or direct zremesher on it , UV master on thé New low mesh , an manuel id Map if Many subtools merge together and fbx save, substance Bake m'y HD mesh on it and paint. I will try as like you did thank

When I export HD model I decimate it, but I put UV on him by instinct. No need for UV on High Poly, only on low poly!
