Im frustrated. How do I add my own rex files?. Also we need an update. The audio waveform editor needs to be able to be expanded enlarged and a auto slicing function then save to Audio or to rex. More control over the effects and for more to be added on the main page. This app has the potential to be the cream of the crop so please dont let us users down. A big update is needed to increase funtionality and then I am sure there will be more new users and more sales. Thanks

So here is a question. The install size is like 900ish MB. Can one delete all the factory sounds to reduce the footprint of the app? I would love to buy it but I only have a 16gb iPad and space is always limited.

Take my advice don't buy the software is straight trash it looks good and all but it's trash I've been having it for a year can't figure it out I will say get GarageBand is easier to use in is this a lot better

I keep getting a continuous yellow moving bar up top...how do I disable it so I can always play/record at “1”....if that makes sense...

Does it work with Audioshare? Why is it currently £6.99 but says $6.99 in the description in the app store, is the UK app store more expensive than US? And does it work on ipad 1,2 or 3 now? Because I see you have updated it for non retina screen but not updated the description which states ipad 4 or newer. Cheers

Yes, AudioShare works with BeatHawk through "iCloud - Export". (On top left, set audioshare in "locations", you need AudioShare App to be installed) You're right about the price. But, on our side we use $ currency as "standard", then conversions are automatically made by Apple. We maintain iPad 4 as minimum requirement for comfort of use. You can install the application on iPad 2, 3, mini, it will work after 2.0.1.

since no one is answering me on UVI support tickets switching to a different pattern is easy but when it does some of the instruments drop out at the beginning of the first measure then catch on. is this a bug?

Nope, unfortunately Android has no standard in hardware and is basically an operating system running inside a virtual machine (Linux with a Java based OS on top) most models below the price of the entry level iPad are wouldn't be able to have latency below 40 milliseconds or higher so you would have to spend the same amount of money to have an Android tablet that wouldn't give you the benefits of the Apple BSD/Unix OS. The way to go for Google is the Chrome OS which can run Android apps and within the next 6 months run Linux applications it's in the developer stages now for the pixelbook. The only competitor to the iPad is the Samsung range of tablets but yet they are still crippled by the Android OS. The New Acer Chrome Tab is the first real competitor to the iPad's mobile superiority when dealing with audio. I love Android for day to day tasks but even with high specs it is a bummer that the OS is so crippled. The good news is you can grab an new iPad now for $249 (2017 iPad) $329 (2018 iPad).

Unfortunately won't see this happening. There are too many different Android phones with each different specs. MIDI implementation was supported since Android Marshmallow (6.0) and fall behind the iOS devices. There are some good music making apps on Android, though. I can recommend these only if you have a powerful Android phone (so at least octacore core, 3 to 4GB RAM, fast GPU and support for USB Host/OTG) Great and useful apps for Android are: Korg Kaossilator, Caustic 3 (paid version), G Stomper Rhythm/Studio (paid version but you can try it out for free with the Demo versions), G Stomper VA Beast (standalone virtual analog synthesizer), Walk Band (free, small fee to get rid of advertisements), Morphwiz Play (unique low entry synth with nice visuals) FL Studio Mobile 3 (paid, but perfect for beats, dance music), Audio Evolution Mobile (it's like Cubasis from the iPad and it is compatible with hundreds of different external audio interfaces and therefore there will be low latency which is very rare for Android. AEM has a free demo version available in the Google Play Store) Although iOS devices are better in terms of pro audio apps and offer a lot more, it is possible to create decent music on your Android device. Check these apps out and see it and play it off course for yourself.

So can the add your own sound option(like with the shaker thing he used) be substituted for a vocoder? Like can I just speak or do a beat box with my mouth and add that into the song? Does anyone know of any synth music app for ipad that has a vocoder, I know about the KORG DS-i10 one or iDS 10 whatever but looking for a more simplistic app if possible with a vocoder option
