Great to see you looking at some of the older, classic apps. Thumbs up and thank you.

Beat hawk is actually ver intuitive by itself. I’ve exported tracks made in i and used them in films and commercials many times. 👽

Very good tutorial. The only thing missing in BH is when you are in Song Mode, can't name parts as verse, chorus etc?

Great in-depth tutorial! It occurs to me that Koala Sampler - by allowing you to load your own samples - made a lot of apps like BeatHawk somewhat obsolete. To bad. I really like the UI and features in BeatHawk, but I’m not interested in buying UVI sound packs 😊 It’s unlikely UVI would ever open this up to allow your own samples, and yet, giving the user the choice of buying sounds from UVI or importing samples from other sources would breath new like into an old and reliable app.

I take that back… you can load your own samples (one at a time), but you are still limited to 16 sounds in total for the song - whereas Koala has 16 x 4 banks = 64 samples
