Thank you for the tips David :) Do you have a template for how you're documenting the user testing session? A spreadsheet of some sort, or anything related.

Hi David! How could be the best way to test an IVR design remotely, with me, getting a proper insight of the navigation or options on the IVR the user selected. Him sharing his screen on zoom and the audio on speaker?

I'd use the Wizard of Oz technique. I wrote about this here: userfocus.co.uk/articles/testing_mobile_prototypes.html

Hi David. Ive got some usability tests set up for next week. Ive been paying close attention to all you have on the subject. As you said in the intro to your course, You are my new best mate. My Question is slightly indirect. I hope you dont mind. I will need to set up temporary email addresses to test some features on our service. Could you recommend one or two. I have had a search but I thought Id seek the benefit of experience. Thanks in advance. Mat

Why does the email address need to be temporary? Is it because you just need an email for a form field? If so, use anything (like harryp@hogwarts.com). Or will people need to receive an email and do something with it? If so, I'd ask people to use their own email and then run the test on their own device.
