In this video, I will take you on a Samarkand street food adventure with my local friend Ulugbek.
We'll be starting our street food tour with a local breakfast on the side of the street then heading to the mountains of Qashqadaryo for an epic mountain bbq lamb meat party in Uzbekistan.
We'll be visiting a roadside village market and then get back to Samarkand for the plumpest and juicies Uzbek dumplings you''ll ever try.
We continue our Samarkand street food tour with the famous Samarkand Halisa and then we'll go for the ultimate lamb's head hot pot adventure, Kelle pacha heaven.
The day after, we'll be starting the day with the most delicious pastry in Uzbekistan, Samsa, and then we'll try the world's best Plov, the Samarkand Plov.
To end our epic Samarkand street food adventure, we'll go see the most unique bread-making technique, and going to Ulugbek restaurant to eat the best soups and kebabs you'll ever taste.
