The wind in Essaouira is really strong. I wonder if people who are too thin will be blown away there? Hahaha... The sardine Croquettes look delicious and very appealing to me! Moroccan burgers are much better than McDonald’s burgers. I hope McDonald’s will sell Moroccan burgers in the future! The chicken almonds pie was so special, I thought it was a dessert until the lady put bird eggs on it! Couscous is really special. We don’t eat that kind of food in my country. I hope I have the opportunity to eat it in Morocco in the future! Thank you for introducing such special Moroccan food, well done! 👍🥰🙌

@@biendereviereyou can use millet. i read somewhere that millet is kinda the old couscous. with industrial production, the millet couscous was substituted by wheat couscous because of price and easiness of use reasons.
