Didn’t realize they were just gonna have 4 episodes. Such a shame since the pacing is a huge part of this story’s success. I can imagine covering 2 chapters per episode, but rushing like this really ruins the tension - which is a key part of horror in general. Must’ve been a corporate decision. What a shame..

You and I more or less have very similar thoughts on this episode, and I am quite concerned for the pacing moving forward and i'm hoping they can somehow make it work in the end. But, after just episode 1 I can't help but feel very dissapointed.

@@chunged_bung3771 It’s a shame because everything else seems very promising but I don’t understand the decision to only do 4 episodes. Junji himself did praise the script during its development so hopefully it can satisfy us overall 🤞🏾
