Battery epozhum combine cheyumbo same rating aakan nokanam... Charging s/m cannot detect the difference.. Charging current will be equal to max sized battery capacity. Discharging may not be proper.. bms system may not work accurately.

You are right, generally the old battery ( 150 Ah) IR will be more and it should heat-up during charging ( parallel connection). But in this set-up, I am not finding such an observation, as I am keeping the max battery voltage to a low setting( 14V.) for improving the battery life All these three batteries are lead acid. Mppt max voltage is 60v for 12v battery. Panel Voc is 46v. Series connection will cross mppt max Voc.
