For Dough :-
1. 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2. 1/4 Tsp Salt
3. 2.5 Tsp Oil
4. 1/2 Cup Water
For Stuffing:-
1. 2 Tsp Oil
2. 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
3. 1/2 Tsp Dried Ginger Powder
4. 1/2 Cup chopped French beans
5. 1 Cup Chopped Capsicum
6. 1/2 Tsp Salt
7. 1.5 Cup Chopped Cabbage
8. 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
9. 1 Tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
10. 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
11. 1 Tbsp Jain Tomato Sauce
12. 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
13. 1 Tsp Cornflour + 2 Tsp Water
14. 1.5 Tbsp All Purpose flour + water (for slurry )
15. Oil for fry
आटे के लिए :-
1. 1 कप मैदा
२. १/४ छोटा चम्मच नमक
3. 2.5 चम्मच तेल
4. 1/2 कप पानी
भराई (स्टफ़िंग ) के लिए :-
1. 2 चम्मच तेल
2. 2 बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च
3. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच सूखा अदरक पाउडर
4. 1/2 कप कटी हुई फ्रेंच बीन्स
5. 1 कप कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च
6. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक
7. 1.5 कप कटी हुई पत्ता गोभी
8. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
9. 1 बड़ा चम्मच लाल मिर्च सॉस
10. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच सिरका
११. १ बड़ा चम्मच जैन टमाटर की सॉस
१२. १ छोटा चम्मच सोया सॉस
१३. १ छोटा चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर + २ चम्मच पानी
१४. १.५ बड़े चम्मच मैदा + पानी (स्लरी के लिए)
15. तलने के लिए तेल
