Can you please explain center of mass,??
@RomanKondrachov6 жыл бұрын
Sure thing man! During V kicks, think about leaning back as much as possible on to your arms. In this case, your shoulders should be doing 90% of the strength work. During alternating front kicks with a clap, keep your center of mass as close as possible to the heel of the planted foot (this is especially important to keep in mind during the clap, since there is no arm support).

I need to lose 30 lbs and get lean also any advice as far as dieting and fitness routine?
@RomanKondrachov5 жыл бұрын
The best way to lose weight is to consume less calories. Try reducing your carbs and have the protein/fat levels similar. Exercise is secondary to diet. As far as a fitness routine, do full body 3 times per week or upper/lower 4 times per week. Perform: pull ups, chin ups, dips, push ups, rows, overhead presses, squats, deadlifts, lunges, leg lifts - you will have good physique. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGKulZhqgc2NfpI

Hello. Nice video. A question: Do you know at what age kids can start doing this kind of dances and if there are exercises and workouts adapted to them? My nephew loves some traditional music and Russian dances (especially when kids appear in the video) and it’s a bit surprising, since we are from Barcelona, Spain - but it’s nice. I’ve seen some videos with kids performing traditional Russian dances (not at the level of what you do, of course) and I’ve thought that it would be good if I could help him with some movements (I must learn them before, I know). The point is that he is only 3 years old, and I don’t want him injured or having physical development problems. In the videos I’ve seen, there are kids very young, but I can’t guess their age exactly (4, 5, …, 7?). So, with 3 years my nephew can start with some adapted movements? And do you now any source I can check? Thank you! By the way, I’m going to start practicing the movements you show, it’s funny, it looks very nice and it’s a very good workout (let’s see what I can do).

Excellent video, but is there any way to prevent/ reduce shin splints during dancing? I am able to do most of these things relatively easily, but I can only do 10-20 of them at a time before I need to stop and stretch my shins. Any tips?
@RomanKondrachov7 жыл бұрын
Hey man! I am so sorry for the late reply. I've been relatively busy with things. What I would suggest is to simply reduce your dancing volume, this is especially true for the physical tricks (ie: prisyadkas and roznijkas). How often do you practice/perform these moves during the week? I used to train these every single day and the result was very fast progress at a cost of excruciating knee pain, lower back pain and shin splints.

I have a question. What is this song at the end? I like this funny song :)
@RomanKondrachov7 жыл бұрын
This is all one long song, from start to finish of the video. It was written for the Godenko Krasnoyarsk Ensamble of Siberian Dance (Красноярский ансамбль танца Сибири имени М. С. Годенко) and is called something like "Siberian Hillside song" ("Сибирская Подгорная"). If you want, I can send the mp3 file to you.

@RomanKondrachov5 жыл бұрын
Hey man, apologies for the late reply. I am no medical expert, but it could be number of things which are nutrition related. You might cramp up from consuming too much calcium, no enough magnesium and not enough potassium. Another observation is that those who aren't flexible, tend to cramp up more.
