T.M. Karthik is a stage and film actor who acted in stage plays and feature films. He is also the Co-founder of Training Sideway(Evam Corporate Training Pvt Ltd), an art based soft skills behavioral training company. He shares his motivational story in Tamil in this video. He started acting in English Dramas when his friends criticized him that he doesn't know English. That also led him to step into the film industry.
