I wasn't born yet when this cartoon was made, and I wasn't raised in the same country to see it either. But I still know that my younger self would have loved this adorable show! Glad that little episodes like this could be uploaded, it's so sweet and wholesome for the dreary world that I almost got used to in the present day. Kudos to the people who created Fairy Amalka all those years ago!

I understand that people are upset about the translation.... but sadly some stuf are hard and almost imposible to translate so it wold feel the same way. For example- the flower is not called magic herb, but zívalka (folk name) which could translate to yawning.... i cant recall how is the flower called propely (or in latin). But for this reason i realy apriciated this carton... becose i was opsesed with knowing whitch herb can do what. (Also healing leaf, that could be a lots of stuf but I think they meant jitrocel (Plantago lanceolata), but it also could have bean some sor of kostival....) Ofcore they dont work that way but in our folclore... there are kinda magic- expecialy in faries hands... but depends from what decate... (sorry for bad gramer)
