The only way to stop this high tide flooding is to put shutters in all canals connected to peranudur canal, and close the shutters during high tide and open the shutters during low tide.. I am living 500 meters away from this place in canal road girinagar, which is on the right side of peranudur canal. My plot is just on the side of the canal. But, water never enters girinagar because it has been filled with soil to a Higher level. This area of panampilly Nagar is at lower level..
