ഞാൻ 2015 ജനുവരി രണ്ടാം തീയതി വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങി 2016 ഏപ്രിലിൽ കയറി താമസിച്ചു .ഇത് വരെ ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ല .വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ഒരു വാസ്‌തു വിദഗ്ദൻ എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പോൾ വീട് പണി തൂടങ്ങിയാൽ പണി തീരില്ല എന്ന് .അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള പണി മുടക്കികളുടെ വാക്ക് കേട്ടാൽ വീട് പണിയില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല സമാധാനവും കിട്ടില്ല .വീട് പണിയേണ്ടവർ അതിനു യോഗ്യത ഉള്ളവരുമായി മാത്രം ബന്ധപ്പെടുക

Hope you get better soon.. I had similar experience when I started with my home 15 years back , eventually when I went to see the basement work- you won’t believe there was no entry from living room to any other area in the home making it impossible to enter any other place.. had to rework the plan and basement. It was lack of attention from my side as well at an early stage. Planning is mostly done this way in rural areas wasting money of average and below average families .. hope there is some change in mindsets to spend some money on better planning for better homes and savings.

വളരെ കൃത്യമാണ് വിശദീകരണം. ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ താമസിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ വീട് വാങ്ങിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഇതേ പോലെ അയല്‍വാസികള്‍ പ്രശനം ഉന്നയിച്ചു..ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ താമസിക്കുന്ന വീടിന്റെ കന്നി മൂല എന്ന് നാട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്ന ഭാഗത്ത്‌ ആണ് ബാത്രൂം ഉള്ളത് അത് ഉണ്ടായത് കൊണ്ട് അതുവരെ താമസിച്ച ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് വളരെ പ്രശങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായി പോലും. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഈ വീട് ആളുകള്‍ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മടിക്കുന്നു. നമ്മള്‍ വാങ്ങുക ആണെങ്കില്‍ ആ ബാത്രൂം പൊളിക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ചു. എന്തായാലും നമ്മള്‍ ആ വീട് വാങ്ങുകയും ബാത്രൂം ഒന്ന് കൂടി ടൈല്‍സ് എല്ലാം പാകി ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. 10 വര്‍ഷമായി ദൈവം ഉയര്‍ച്ച അല്ലാതെ ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഉണ്ടാകിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇപ്പോള്‍ അന്ന് പറഞ്ച്ച അയല്‍വാസികള്‍ എല്ലാം മാറ്റി പറഞ്ചു. ഇതെല്ലാം ആളുകള പറ്റിക്കാന്‍ പറയുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് അവര്‍ക്ക് മനസ്സിലായി. ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഒരു വീട് വെക്കുന്നുണ്ട്, അതിനു ഒരു മുസ്ലിയാരുടെയോ, പണികരുടെയോ, വസ്തുവിന്റെയോ അടുത്തേക്ക് പോയിട്ടില്ല ഇനി പോവുകയും ഇല്ല. ഞാന്‍ എന്‍റെ ഐഡിയ പറഞ്ചു എന്ജിനീര്‍ ഡിസൈന്‍ ചെയ്തു. ഇന്നലെ വീടിന്റെ carpentry work ചെയ്യുന്ന ആശേരി പറഞ്ചു മുന്‍പിലെ വാതില്‍ കട്ടില്‍ വെക്കുമ്പോള്‍ കട്ടിലിന്റെ അടിയില്‍ സ്വര്‍ണ്ണ നാണയം വെക്കണം പോലും. എന്നാല്‍ ഐശ്വര്യം വരും പോലും.. എന്തൊരു അന്തവിശ്വാസം.. ഇത്തരം അന്തവിശ്വാസങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് എല്ലാവരും വിട്ടുനില്‍ക്കുക

What I understood about vaasthu is mainly the light and ventilation. In the first plan done by the engineer these kind of qualities were missing and in ur plan I can see much of these things. Simply, I sometimes think about how people in other countries could live without vaasthu.😂😂

ഞങളുടെ വീട് പണി നടന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ഒരു പ്രമുഹ builders ആണ് പ്ലാൻ വരച്ചത്. നല്ല പ്ലാൻ ആണ് എല്ലാർക്കും ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു. വീടിന്റെ പ്ലാൻ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഞങളുടെ നാട്ടിലെ ആശാരി പറഞ്ഞു മെയിൻ ഡോർ നോട്‌ ചേർന്ന് വിൻഡോ പാടില്ല. മെയിൻ കട്ടില തുളക്കാൻ പാടില്ല . അങ്ങനെ തുളച്ചാൽ വീടിനും അതിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന വർക്കും ദോഷം ആണ് എന്ന്. എനിക്കു ചെറിയ പേടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു . പക്ഷെ ഹസ്ബൻഡ് പറഞ്ഞു ഒരു കുഴ്പ്പവും ഇല്ല. അങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാൽ എല്ലാം ഒരു വീടിനു ഒരുപാടു കാര്യങ്ങൾ വാസ്തു പ്രകാരം ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന്. അതു കൊണ്ട് ഞങൾ കന്നിമൂല യും പിന്നെ ദിക്കുകളും മാത്രം നോക്കിയുള്ളൂ.

എനിക്കും ഇങ്ങനെ കുറച്ച് മാറ്റി വരച്ചു തന്നു. വരച്ച Engineer അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല ഗ്രാഹ്യം ഉള്ളയാൾ ആയതു കൊണ്ട് കൂടുതൽ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല - പക്ഷേ പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ Engineer Plan ആയതു കൊണ്ട് അതങ് പണിതു. ഞാനും Enginee ഉം കൂടി ഇരുന്ന് 6 മാസം എടുത്ത് വരച്ച പ്ലാൻ ആയിരുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എല്ലാം എന്തു കൊണ്ടാണ് അങ്ങനെ വരച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് എനിക്കറിയാമായിരുന്നു. പണി തുടങ്ങിയതിനു ശേഷം ഒരാളുടെ അഭിപ്രായം പോലും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കരുത്. കാരണം പലർക്കും വീടിനെ പറ്റി പല കാഴ്ചപ്പാടാണ്.

ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ വീടിനു വേണ്ടി തറ കെട്ടിയിട്ടണ്ട്.. എന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക പരിമിതിയും സൗന്ദര്യ ബോധവും കണക്കിലെടുത്തു ഒരു എഞ്ചിനീയർ വരച്ചു തന്നതു പ്രകാരം ചെയ്തു.. ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള വാസ്തു നിയമങ്ങൾ ബോധപൂർവ്വം ലംൻകിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒന്നും സംഭവിക്കില്ല 100%ഉറപ്പ്. ജീവിതത്തിൽ പ്രയാസങ്ങളും സന്തോഷങ്ങളും എല്ലാം മാറി മറിഞ്ഞു വന്നുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കും അതാണ് ജീവിതം... വീടിന്റെ സ്ഥാനവും വലിപ്പവും നിറവും ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇതുമായി യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ല

Re modelling looks good.. A few suggestions i have... TV unit can be placed in the wall sharing sitout. This will avoid the the walkway while watching tv.. the wall adjacent to staircase can be made as a half or quarter wall to make it use as a 1feet sitting area, that increases the open feeling in living room.. two corner windows instead of a single window may increase the ventilation of living room.. just suggestions
