All the videos from Attic labs are really informative. Keep going . I would like to get suggestions for planning of kitchen. Generally people find it difficult to plan kitchen. Unnecessarily they will stuff lot of cupboards and make it congested. Otherwise have to go for high price(3-4lacks) modular kitchens. Could you make a video on how to plan kitchen, store room and work area with minimum cost and good facilities.

Sir, your calculations are good, but I have some doubts , could you please help - 1) if am planning to build a house with Courtyard/ nadumuttam ..then how can we calculate the particular area ? 2) if am planning to build a room with attached bathroom..- here two options I have a) the attached bathroom inside the room.( Inside square) b) the attached bathroom out of room (out side Square) In the above two options which one is Economic?/ Which one take less square feet? ഞാൻ വീട് പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരു ആർക്കിടെക്ട്നെ സമീപിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം സ്ഥലം സന്ദർശിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു കോറ്റേഷൻ അയച്ചു തന്നു. 2500 sqft വീട് പണിയുന്നതിന് പ്ലാൻ 3D പ്ലാൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 2.5ലക്ഷ ആണ് എന്നാണ് അയച്ചു തന്നത്. ഇന്റീരിയർ ലേഔട്ട് വിത്ത്‌ ഫര്ണിച്ചർ പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് 2ലക്ഷം ആണ് പറയുന്നത്. സർ , നിലവിൽ വീടിന്റെ പ്ലാനും, Elevation, എല്ലാം വരച്ചു foundation work വും complete ആയതിനു ശേഷമാണ് ഈ വീഡിയോ കാണുന്നത്. നിലവിൽ 2900 sqf ഉണ്ട്. മൊത്തത്തിൽ വിടിന്റെ work complete ആക്കാൻ കൂടുതൽ ചിലവ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാൽ ഭംഗി ഒട്ടും കുറയാതെയുള്ള ചിലവ് കുറഞ്ഞ method നെ കുറിച്ച് ഒരു video ചെയ്യാമോ --: Please help😔😔
