👉Most of people are unaware of mouth breathing and impact of mouth breathing.
✅️Mouth breathing may solve the immediate and essential problem of getting enough air. But mouth breathing can become a hard-to-break habit that can cause sleep disorders, dental problems and facial structure differences.
✅️Common causes of mouth breathing include: Nasal blockages causes by cold, flu or allergies. Deviated septum or the cartilage divider between the nostrils is abnormal making it difficult to breath through the nose.
✅️HOW TO BE A NOSE-BREATHER
🔥We naturally do most of our breathing through our nasal passages, which serve to heat, humidify and filter the air. Habitual mouth breathing on the other hand, is linked to a myriad of health issues including sleep disturbance, learning delay, tooth decay, bad breath and jaw disorders.
✅️Here's how mouth breathing can change facial shape
When these muscles tauten, an external force is exerted on both the upper and lower jaw. The more frequently you breathe through the mouth, the greater the influence of these forces, which eventually can narrow the shape of the face as well as the dental arches
✅️Tips for Nose-Breathing
Start by becoming aware of your breathing patterns during the day - check in with yourself from time to time - set an alarm on your computer or phone to remind yourself
👉Practice keeping your lips closed unless you are talking, eating or doing strenuous exercise
If you snore, wake up with a dry mouth or nasal congestion, consider taping your mouth shut with a light tape such as micropore tape.
👉It’s easily removed and not nearly as scary as it sounds!
When breathing through your nose, breathe slower than you think you need to.
👉Pause for a few seconds at full expiration. Breathe quietly right down to your diaphragm.
Switching to nose breathing is one of the simplest yet most profound thing you can do for your health.

Dr ഞാൻ ചെറുപ്പം മുതലേ Mouth breathing ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ 18 വയസ്സ് ആയി. എൻറെ face ഒക്കെ dr പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ആണ്. അത് mouth breathing നിർത്തിയാൽ സാദാ അവസ്ഥയിൽ കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ പറ്റുമോ?

Dr എനിക്ക് പല്ല് കേട് ആയിട്ട് വേദന യും നീരും ആയി താടി എല്ലിൽ താഴെ ചുണ്ടിൽ dr കാണിച്ചിട്ട് ഇപ്പൊ നീര് ഒക്കെ കുറഞ്ഞു പക്ഷെ താഴത്തെ ചുണ്ട് പല്ല് ഒക്കെ മരവിച്ച പോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു ചെറിയ നീരും
