Is just me or is Steve still bottom tier I feel like a lot of the cancel are not usable b1,2 is all good but it’s -1 and high high his sway left and right mid high -1 on block the only good changes is the guard break can’t be parried or power crushes and lion heart 1 being -4 instead of -9 other than that Steve is still the same imo if I’m wrong someone tell me please

Nah he's definitely middle tier. Higher middle IMo now you can react to heat activation with parries.

@@ace_jds1875 well anything that isn't lower can be parried. Even if I'm in a string I just duck cancel and catch out the usually punishable moves I USED to get caught with when using steve. That one thing has changed the game for me. My highest streak was only 8 before the update. Now I'm on 15 which for me just shows either steve has got more options, or I'm better currently. While rising 1+2 says he got more options . But that just my opinion that he's defo not low tier.

@@DailLinton my highest win streak is 17 with Steve at tekken king he’s still bottom tier in my opinion and btw I’m not saying he’s a weak character there is no weak character in this game he’s just one of the “weaker” characters in this game and u said u can react to heat activation which I assume u mean heat burst with parries once they press the button u cant press anything if ur already doing the parry before he pressed it then sure but u can’t react to it

I think this match demonstrates pretty clearly that Steve is overall too slow of a character. As fastest moves are you there too short or hidden behind a stance. Every wiff is a guaranteed punished. Supposed to be one of the safest characters, lol.

Isn't that every character once you either lab them or figure out their moves? When you can duck or interrupt etc? It's a little harder with steve cause he only has fists.

I get what you’re trying to say but that’s literally every character and Steve is actually one of the fastest characters, up there with Reina, Shaheen, Etc and others. Steve is always a BOXER lol ofc he’s gonna be pretty stance heavy.
