One thing you might want to look into is that they have PP bed plate surfaces by Mamorubot 3D that you can get off of amazon. You might want to give that a try. I wanted to try it myself on my Sovol SV08 but they dont have my specific size, I would have to buy a larger one and cut it down to fit my bed, but there is no way for me to hold it down because of the way they built the bed on the Sovol. But I may try one on my Wizmaker P1 bed slinger. You might want to try sticking it into a heat chamber after printing and bring the heat down over a long period to prevent it from warp.

I like the Filament One Premium Pro Select PP and Braskem Glass Fiber PP. They print well on my Ender 3 Pro w/.8mm Nozzle X and on my E3 S1 Pro w/.5mm Nozzle X. 230/90 .2mm LH, 45-80mm/sec on smooth PEI with Magigoo PP. Beautiful, slippery(non GF), lightweight, semiflex parts. The GFPP has a really "grippy" texture to it.

@Jynxx_13 Didn't FilamentOne go out of business a couple years ago?

Instead of the „regular“ PP Packing tape, i use a adhesive Bookcover film. This also often made of PP, and its about aviable as a30cm*5m roll , so its much easier to cover the printing plate.

for the adesion I've solved with a doblesided tape but with the distorsion of the base I'm still fighting. I'm using Treed filaments (PLENE4 and 5). So, do you think that the inox noozle makes the difference? Or the brim? Or the printer? What's has been the real jump to succed?

What sized hardened steel nozzle did you convert your printers to?

Do you have your overhang fan threshold and fan speed flipped? I see 90% fan speed overhangs greater than 10%. Did you mean to set 10% fan speed for overhangs greater than 90%?

But you know the trick with the clear adhesive tape for parcels, for example. I only use it on the corners where there is a lot of warping. Then PP also holds well. Only set the print temperature bed to zero for the first layer.

if you not brass nozzle you need more temp like +20 Celsius the same results ,you think print the right temperature but not

Ah... yes. Good info, dude. I just asked myself: Will there be any way to go, walk or run to get that warping done? And then: I cant show you as we shipped already. Ah, hooh. You may bee have taken a picture of the final product? The thing is you took us with your ideas and issues, but not with your success. You could dare to show the whole story..... then all your telling becomes a way more believable. Cheers

German company "PP Print" makes print surfaces. You gotta have a business though.

Im researching about PP and you seem like a nice guy but the video is too long. Needs to be more edited.
