Yes. Is very cool this sound effect when approaches a steam locomotive, a coach bus, a airplane, etc,. But this type of approaching sound effect I don't know what it's called, but it's very cool, since it's widely used when, for example, in the movies, a meteorite is approaching. I don't know if this approaching sound effect is from the Doppler effect family.

Bad ass mate! Cheers from the states. I drive a cl 713 with a 500 hp e9, inline injection pump, 13 speed maxitoruqe. Only pull 65 tons on a 6 axle walking floor trailer. Bad ass to see you yanking 4 trailers around like a rag doll .

Hey quick question for you. How big of an exhaust you have on that truck? I got the truck in the shop right now just wrapped up exhaust manifold gaskets, by the way those suck bad of V8 mack lol. we are thinking about going to a bigger exhaust. Got a 5-in through a muffler, we are removing the muffler and straight piping it just thinking about going to a bigger diameter pipe like a 7-in after the cab . Thanks love your videos

The Aussie made v8 Macks in the day were the go to trucks, from road trains to 200+ tons. A lot are still hauling or have retired them as collectable show trucks. That 175 tons is like pulling over 200 on dirt.

Just read in the description I broke it down because a lot of ppl don’t believe it’s loaded, but there’s 60 ton of gravel alone in those side tippers (30 each), I tried to zoom in on them at the end of the vid but I’m not high enough to see the dirt unfortunately, I’m a little over arguing the point with ppl but for what it’s worth I’m not lying. Too bad U.S.A. let EPA take over REAL diesel engines. Been trucking 45 yrs, with 1st truck I owned, '63 B model single axle & huge 24' dump trailer! USA sold put to regulations at OUR expense. So sad.

The engine brake in the E9 engines was of their own design ... I cant remember what the name was.. Dynatard maybe?... but they were not very effective.... except bobtail on a wet road then they became a handfull. The Jacobs' eng brake on Cummins and Detroit engines if properly adjusted, were far more effective .

Well you wernt there champ so that makes you a key board warrior in this particular situation. I know those tippers had 30 ton of concreting gravel because I paid for it. But Bruce Rock tippers are large in area and that material had shaken flat after driving on the dirt all night. I also hired that roller so you tell me what everything weighs there? Enlighten us!
