ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳು . ತುಂಬಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ನನಗಿದೆ . ಸುಮಾರು ಮುಕ್ಕಾಲು ಲೀಟರ್ ಕುಡಿದಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ . ಆದರೆ , ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬಿಸಿ ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೆ . ವೀಡಿಯೋ ನೋಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಬಿಸಿ ನೀರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಲ್ಲಾ , ಅನ್ನೋದು ತಿಳಿಯಿತು . ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ . ☺️👍

Thank you Dr. I have 2 questions: 1. I have been drinking 1 ltr of water, at room temperature, every day since last 25 years. Since last year or so I have started taking Luke warm water. Is 1 ltr too much or gas my body got accustomed to 1 ltr by now? Pl advise. 2. You mentioned that drinking cold water solidifies fatty substances in the system. If body temperature is at 98.4°F at all times, and no fat can remain solid for long in the system, is it possible for fats to get solidified and harm us at all? Pl advise. I am asking this question as an engineer. Thank you Dr.

Thoughtful questions 👍🏻 1. 25 years - your body would have been accustomed to 1 liter in the morning. You can safely continue this practice. 2. You are right. Body temperature will bring the cold water to higher temperature. Till then, solidified fats - absorption is hampered along with fat soluble vitamins. So, it is okay to drink cold water after exercise/exertion but better to be avoided during or immediately after meals.👍🏻

Both have almost the same effect. You can continue with whichever you like. Don’t drink very cold water in the morning. Regular temperature water or warm water is okay
