In-service strep infection led to post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis with secondary hypertension Hypertension led to type 2 diabetes and later hypertensive heart disease Then COVID infection was made worse by hypertension, hypertensive heart disease, and type 2 diabetes leading to death from acute hypoxic respiratory failure, AKI *acute kidney injury*, and cardiac arrest

So like dies of natural causes in his sleep but also had service connected sleep apnea?

Well you would need to be able to show that the sleep apnea was the cause or contributed. Many people die in their sleep and have sleep apnea and the sleep apnea is not the cause.
