Thank you Goodson chetta..I recently faced this issue..I was driving in 3rd gear and slope came and without shifting the gear i thought I will be able to go ahead and while I tried to shift the gear to 2nd my car was jerking. So, from this video i now understood whenever there is a slope shift the gear to 2nd or 1st in advance.
