Chef looks yum!!! I love that you used a clove to seal the hole in the lid of that pot!! Genius idea!! I always wondered what to use to seal that whole if I am not using dough to seal the lid!! And I have noticed your sun biryanis always have the rice grains standing up when you open the lid after dum is done. Mine never does that. Not sure what am I doing wrong.
