To get rid of this quick Release on the seat stay, just get a BBB Cycling Cagefix BBC-110. Or an other universal bottle cage adapter, so you can use a regular screw to fix the Fender in the lowest mountpoint of the frame. Fenders on a vaast a1 xs, is a special Challenge because of the lack of space. On larger frames its easy with the adapter mentioned above.
