How do you use the "Find Phone" feature? I hold it down, and the watch just vibrates. Also, does the other side of the band come off? I'm wondering if you can change the colors.

After you go through the features on the Tracker menu, you will come to "More". Press "More" the other features will come up. Cycle through the features until you come to "Find Phone". Press and hold the half circle for about 2 seconds until the phone activates. You must have it set up in the Runmifit app. Could notifications be disabled for that app? I understand that other name brand bands do fit this device. It uses the push on type bands not the type with pins.

@@lowangproductions4235 Yes, I have done all of that. I know how to operate the feature, AND nothing is disabled on my phone. All notifications are on for the app. However, when I press the half circle, the wristband vibrates and the phone does nothing. It's an iPhone 7. Perhaps it's not compatible? All other features of the app and wristband work with the phone. I get alarms & sedentary reminders that I set. It keeps track of my hikes and walks, and it tracks my sleep, BP & HR throughout the day. However, the "find phone" feature does not activate the phone. Very strange, indeed.

Yes, it is IP68 Waterproof which means it can go down to around 6 feet deep (2 meters). So it is fine to swim or shower with but no hot baths. My 75 year old mother wears this and she gives it a nine because of all the features that it has and she now uses them all.

Your video is great, but im not to sure about this tracker. It won't stay binded to my phone, and it can be WAY OFF! Like last night at 2am it said my heartrate went from 198 to 7, and my bp was 28/12! Not to mention it said I had 7 hrs and 50 mins of sleep.... I might have gotten 5 hrs and that is pushing it. Any tips for fixing those thing?

First off, what type phone and OS build/revision. That gives others information about a potential software issue. As for how it gathers data, how tight or loosely worn is a factor. How often do you have to bind it?

I have a question that needs answering I’ve been using this watch for a week now and I’ve using the bicycle mode when I exercise on my workout bike. I notice that I burn 10 calories every 5 minutes...is that accurate. How do I know how many calories I’m burning?

I'm thinking that mode is for an actual bicycle. I'm just guessing here , but I think the app uses the GPS of the phone to track your speed and time to figure that. If you are on a stationary machine , GPS isn't going to give the correct information. That is my best old man logic.

I tested and paired it to an Android device and I dont remember seeing a brightness setting in the documentation or the app . If it is not covered , then I am to assume that it is a fixed setting .

I don't think that my mom uses the sleep tracking feature. Might want to ask the seller that question. I did not try that feature myself.

OK, mom started wearing it at night and it started tracking on its own. Make sure that the device is bound in the app and that it is synching. Maybe I should do a video on sleep mode?

My 74 year old mother wears this one. I'm going to say that it is close but I'm not going to say that it is Dr's office accurate. Lots of things factor into that, one being how much hair you have between it and your arm. Skin tone probably does as well. It is pretty close on my mom, but I'm playing it safe and say results may vary.

OK, first of all we need more details. Did the device bind to the phone? If no, watch the video and read the manual again. If yes, we would need the device information and OS version. More than likely you would need to turn on notifications for the app. Tons of very intelligent people have watched this video that can help with the proper information.

Sorry for the late reply, it is water resistant to a point. I think the manual says no hot baths. But as far as sweat and rain, yes.

I would contact the seller on that. Make sure it is plugged in so that the contacts are touching the ones on the USB. In other words try flipping it over.

If you look in Bluetooth on your phone , does it still show up there? If it does , remove it. Restart your phone and pair it again. Let me know how it goes.
