When u are vacuuming its better to start at 0 pressure and then increase to some negative value, like real vacuum pressure, when making loop cuts u cant type value on keyboard how many u want

I appreciate your literacy, but I was not tasked with making a vacuum pack for some experiment with math. I'm sure the method you described is correct, but the video is based on the fact that it just works without calculations. Anyway thanks for your opinion and advice on this matter)

thank you for this. I'd like to know how do I do it if I want the edge of the sachet to not be affected. In real world, there's usually a sealed portion of the sachet. How do I recreate that? Thank you

in edit mode, you can seletc all the faces or vertices you want to stay in place and make a vertex group with them. then, in the physics properties you can find a thing called pin (under shape) where you can select that vertex group :)

It's not a modifier, it's a Randomize transform command

I haven't encountered this problem even in my tests. But maybe it will help you to apply size, check if sewing is on, check if gravity is off. The video is quite old and I made a lot of mistakes due to not showing the exact size of the package

What file format, container and video codec do you use to render the animation? I render it on ffmpeg video, mpeg-4 and H.264 nothing happend when i Click render animation ?

I have the same settings, maybe you did something wrong. Not enough data, in the sense that I don't understand your problem. Maybe you are rendering but nothing is moving or just a black screen, I don't know how to help you if I don't understand your problem

When I click on render animation, the render screen appears, but I do not see any time running at the top left and the frames etc. also do not see my animation in the render screen, even though my camera and lights are set correctly. Hey, I'm having trouble with it going pixilated, would you know what could be going wrong, it's a bit pixilated when it's a pillow but then extremely when its shrunk. I've tried multiple times and the same result @@3dpunk

Because cloth simulation depends on a lot of things. I can only assume that you failed because of the size of the object or the size of the fabric itself. Maybe your object has a strange shape or you didn't apply any deforming modifier. Since it is a fabric, the problem may be general, but the solution is individual

I don't even know how to help you, you have a unique problem, honestly I've never heard of it before. Better recheck if all simulation parameters are specified correctly and from which frame the simulation starts.

Why am I seeing quads in the shiny parts of the render? It's not smooth and swirly like your render.

Maybe you have a small fabric quality, maybe you didn't add "subdivision surface", maybe you didn't right-click "shade smooth". As you can see, there could be many reasons, but for some reason I think it's the second and last one
