And I was wondering in which part of the Vac.Pump the O- Ring is assembled. Now I know it. I disassembled mine last week.I think I will order the lifetime kit now.But I have some questions: Does it bring advantages to fit the q gasket which sits behind the Vac. Pump and the cylinderhead?.From factory on there is no gasket at this place, just the o-ring.Or does this gasket even fit ? I drive a VW BWA Bj.2006.

Looks like he just looked for a gasket that fit. Looks like an AC green O-ring that you can find in any auto parts store. But, it has to fit like the one you saw here. Hopefully it worked. I'm about to do the samething.
