Vada Pav is a very popular snack known for its flavorful potato filling and spicy chutneys, sandwiched between soft pav buns.
Vada pav is one of Mumbai's favorite sandwiches, its name referring to the key ingredients: vada, or spicy mashed potatoes that are deep-fried in Besan(chickpea batter), and pav, or white bread rolls.
The vada is a deep-fried potato patty that is served inside a soft, fluffy bun. This dish is basically famous from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Served with Spicy Chutney and some sauces, and fried green chillies.
Ingredients :-

For groundnut chutney :

Red chilli powder --------------------------------- 2 tbsp

Kashmiri red chilli powder -------------------- 2 tbsp
For making Boondi :

For Making Aloo Bonda (Vada) :

Garlic ------------------------------------------------------- 6 to 8 cloves
Few curry leaves

Jeera (cumin seeds) -------------------------------- 1/2 tsp
Little Hing (Asafoetida)
Dhaniya (coriander) powder -------------------- 1/2 tsp

For Making Vada batter :

We can make fried Boondi out of the same left over Vada batter.
We used here readymade pav for making Vada Pav.
We can shape the Vada into round shape or a little flat shaped as per our convenience.
