This was so lenient by Vader, Reva LITERALLY loses Kenobi, with only a chance at getting back at him, whereas Chad Trilla brings the holocron to Vader, it's right in front of him. honestly at best this Kenobi Episode was a 5/10 at best, only good thing was Ewan with the lightsaber and seeing Nur in Live action. Otherwise, Vader letting Third sister / Reva live was just so un-Vader like. Hope next ep is better.

Well for one she says "Avenge us" while Reva said She lets them go. Which is more likely to have Vader draw back from killing someone

Everyone seems to forget she was about to betray the empire in this scene, atleast whatever the other inquistor is was still remaining loyal. I get the point that Vader def should have maimed her but its not like they fucked up the same

She was tempted but she didn't even get a choice. When Vader showed up she knew she would die for her failure so in the end she just spoke her mind because there was nothing to lose.

Literally what I was thinking in this clip. Trilla did everything he asked and only failed because Cal is the main character so of course he had to succeed. Even then she didn't even turn on him. She died a Sith full of regret. This is what Disney doesn't understand about Star Wars.

Trilla was killed because she was getting tempted by her former master and having doubts after being defeated whereas Reva letting them go was part of her plan and her sole focus on Kenobi is what Vader would do. They are NOT the same

@@ReaperTheRager It's exactly like Vader letting the heroes go on the Death Star. Because tracking the enemy leads them to the bigger fish. In A New Hope, it was the rebel base. In Kenobi, it's the Path. Say what you will about the strategy itself but it's disingenuous to use it against this show as if it hasn't been used in prior stories before.

At any point any one of them could have accidentally killed Kenobi thus ruining the plan. Also, the super secret underground railroad isn't gonna check their ship for a tracker? @@ReaperTheRager Because the show has actively shown how unstable and devoid of trust the Sith hierarchy is. Everything is predicated on fear and resorting to underhanded tactics is the go-to way of climbing the ladder especially if you're not in a position of privilege like Reva. Telling the 5th Brother her plans provides him an opportunity to reprimand her or to take the credit from her. And as for Vader, she didn't really have time to inform Vader considering how quickly the turn events occurred. And it's pretty clear Reva had 2 plans. The first, if Ben isn't coming/didn't come in time, extract the information from Leia first and the contingency plan being putting a tracker on her in case she escaped. As for the tracker, it's precisely why she put it in the droid and not the ship.

He kills Trilla for failing to kill Cal in hand to hand Combat and Joining the Light again, he doesn’t kill Reva because she had a Backup which will lead the Empire to a Bigger Threat.
