Vadi's Guards: Episode 8 - High Guards

The Vadi's Guards series is taking a deeper look into Vadi's guards systems, to explain how they work and commonly overlooked details.
This episode looks at Vadi's high guards - Frontal, True Window and Falcon. I explore why Vadi talks mostly about their defensive properties, and particularly focus on those less-obvious aspects of the guards. I also explain why there is no "Falcon on the left" unlike the pattern we see with other groups of guards.

On the leg retraction: I think there might be something similar intended as with Mancilino's sidesword, that you take the parry legs together so you can spring out on the opposite side to maximum extension. Needless to say, never made this work as I'm still pretty lead-footed.
