Satain jyun wadhaiyun. We made lolas and besani that I love most. Plus we had stuffed karelas ayin sawa mirch. Mungeran ji Dai was there. Thadri food holds spl place in my heart. My amma kept the utensils used to make this food seperate plus also kept the kerosene stove to make this food separate. I never had Kanbo before but thanks to you I made it and loved it.

Glad you liked the kanbo. My grandma and mom used to make lola on sigri. And as kids we used to enjoy watching these rituals. Those days the houses were big, not like these small box type apartments. They used to keep the sigri in the aangan and cook as it takes a long time and the kitchen would become smoky.
