These Chicken shami kababs are perfectly formed and the recipe looks easy to follow. I will adapt this recipe and create it with soya chunks to make it vegetarian. If I skip the egg should I add corn flower or breadcrumbs to bind?

A different way for me to prepare aloo gobhi sabzi. I usually don't deep fry the veggies or add onion garlic. Quite bored with the style I make the sabzi. Next aloo gobhi is going to be your style.

In case of using soya nuggets do I have to use a little more water? BTW thanks for this excellent recipe.

First soak them in hot water for an hour or so. Squeeze out the water and then make them. Maybe you may requite 2-3 spoonfuls more. depending on the size of the chunks. If you are using mini chunks then you will not need more water.
