i read the entire CAS summary and i'm very glad that this justice organisation exists, becaus the IOC can't punish sportsman for "mistake" and in the same time bypass the procedure mistake it self to punish athletes (i hope my thougts is clear!). Long life to the CAS.

@Reathalack The English lawyer Mike Morgan says there in the interview that it was very hard to bring to mind that the samples form Ivan and Vadim was identical and it can't be. Ivan says: Just I and Vadim believed in our victory because nobody believes in a victory against so big opponent like the IOC. It can't be that two different people have a identical urine sample. Vadim says: I know that I'm right and this is because i do this step to the court, i was sure that this is a mistake.

@JClebelge Ivan have back problems but he will try to come back next year but it will be really hard for him. vadim seems very skinny but I think next year he will be ok. Iam in the army now, I must wake up 6.30 and do my job till 16.30 and after that I'm training. I will start in Rieti and in Zagreb I must win the hammer worldchallenge this year :))

@Rebeldadams yeah, Tikhon never got the chance to defend his fourth consecutive world championship title which Primoz won with like 80,80. Maybe he coulda won, maybe not, anyhow something like this can never happen! It's a disgrace.

The main problem now is the press and the conclusion of that case: they only talk about procedure's mistake and maintain that exogenous testosterone was present in ivan and vadim's samples. They don't talk about identical urine sample even in the CAS conclusion. But they get their medals back, and they may compet again, that's the most important. Go for london now! (maybe the last olympic game for ivan?). A podium with ivan, vadim and you serguey, why not? :-)

@JClebelge Yes your right but if you a poor athlete you have not the money to proof that in a court. Ivan and Vadim have payed 500.000 dollar for the lawyers and expert and the court costs. IOC was thinking that two poor Belarus athletes don't have this money for this battle. We have a wrong system, a athlete have no rights.

@Hammerlit the belarus federation did not help them? they are country hero so i was thinking they might receive some help for this battle (this is a lot of money for athletes!). But you right, athletes has no enough rights. I think, it will make a jurisprudence for the future. IOC and fed shoud not have no more right than the athletes! Fortunately the CAS exists. Do you know when they will compete again ? Do you participate at the IAAF final or others or is it time for rest or training?
