Happy belated bday Dave, you both look amazing! You guys obviously take care of yourselves. I just turned 55 and I too understand the value of maintaining good health. I started turning my health around about 5 years ago after my brother died of a heart attack and I previously lost a sister and both parents to heart disease and cancer, all relatively young, so the writing was on the wall. I'm so glad I got my act together because I am now in the best health of my life and feeling great. We really only have 3 primary resources in life: health, time, money...in that order of importance. If you don't have good health, how much can you really enjoy the other 2?

Since getting them last year I highly recommend a heated jacket or vest. It allows you to have less layers and be able to up the heat only of you need it. ✔️
