Hi Jeanette, there shouldn't be any commercials in the middle of the meditation. Sometimes KZbin puts commercials at the start and at the end. Please let me know if the meditation was interrupted in the middle of the meditation so that I can contact KZbin. Also, if it was adverts at the end that interrupted you, I have meditations that go all through the night--6/8/10 hour meditations, so that there won't be any adverts that interrupt your sleep!

Sorry for that experience. I can't control the ads at the end unfortunately, that's a KZbin thing. I'm going to make some sleep meditations that go all through the night so that the adverts don't come up! If you want to send me an email I can let you know when it's up there!

I can't change that, or rather, I don't know how to change it! That's how my editing software does it, but there are several versions of the same meditation. Really like your meditations, but this last one has a water sound in the background only when you stop or hesitate talking. It is kind of weird and distracting. Will try to find another meditation that you've done with no background noise.
